The very foundation of our organization is rooted in providing resources to improve lives through exercise, nutrition and awareness of wellness practices that improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. Our COVID-19 Pandemic Prevention Center allows our team to continue to strengthen communities through science and social-driven influences that interrupt the spread of COVID-19. We are mobilized to penetrate markets with some of the greatest healthcare disparities in order to educate, enlighten, and demonstrate protection against this very real enemy to public health.
